This Privacy Policy describes how Tenet (“Tenet”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, retains, and protects information when you access or use the Tenet website, applications, services, artificial intelligence systems, software, APIs, and related offerings (collectively, the “Service”).
Use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service.
1. Data Retention
Guest Users
Conversation history and related data submitted by guest users may be retained for periods determined by operational, legal, security, analytical, research, and business requirements. Retention periods for guest users may change without notice. Archived records may be retained for backup, legal, audit, compliance, disaster recovery, and security purposes.
Free Accounts
Conversation history and account-related data may be retained for up to 30 days or such other period as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service. Archived records may be retained for backup, legal, audit, compliance, disaster recovery, and security purposes.
Paid Accounts
Unless otherwise specified in a subscription agreement:
- Active conversation history may be retained for up to two (2) years.
- Archived records may be retained for backup, legal, audit, compliance, disaster recovery, and security purposes.
2. Payment Processing
Tenet does not store or process payment card information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers that maintain their own security and compliance programs, including PCI DSS compliance where applicable. Tenet receives limited billing information necessary to manage subscriptions and account status.
